I Appreciate All That I Am And All That I Have. Stop Focusing On What You Do Not Have, And Shift Your Consciousness To An Appreciation For All That You Are And All That You Do Have.

The Ability To Get To A Higher Level In Our Life Means That We Have To Generate The Energy To Be Able To Do So, And Generally, We Do That By A Fall. Spiritual Advances Are Almost Always Proceeded By A Fall Of One Kind Or Another.

What Is Hope But A Feeling Of Optimism, A Thought That Says Things Will Improve, It Won't Always Be Bleak, There's A Way To Rise Above The Present Circumstances. Hope Is An Internal Awareness That You Do Not Have To Suffer Forever, And That Somehow, Somewhere There Is A Remedy For Despair That You Will Come Upon If You Can Only Maintain This Expectancy In Your Heart.
