I Have Been Practising Yoga For Over A Decade Now, And It Is A Very Important Part Of My Life. It Doesn't Matter Where I Am Or What I Am Doing, Yoga Gives Me The Opportunity To Switch Off And Focus Entirely On My Body And My Breath. Yoga Allows Me To Meditate And Reflect On What's Important In My Life. It Is Also Great For Core Strength And Maintaining Agility.

I Like It To Fit My Individual Body Shape, And I Encourage Other Women To Find What Works For Their Body Shape And Not Necessarily Follow Trends. But What Is It That Works For You As An Individual, And What Brings Out The Best In You, And What Can You Have Fun With And Feel Really Good About.

My Mistake In My Relationships Has Been To Feel That I Can Do It All On My Own: 'i Don't Need A Man.' That Is Definitely A Mistake. Women Generally Want To Feel Loved And Appreciated. It's Something That I Am Working On Every Day, Trust Me! It's A Challenge For Me To Do That.
