We Know That He Was Developing The Delivery Systems - Ballistic Missiles - That Had Been Prohibited By The United Nations.

Instead, The Terrorists See Just What They Were Hoping For, Our Unity Gone, Our Resolve Shaken, Our Leaders Distracted. In Short, They See Weakness And Opportunity.

It's Not Just Bin Laden Or Just Those That Are Involved In The Counterterrorism Effort. We've Gotta Cast The Net Broader Than That.
