In West Virginia, The Most Vulnerable People We Have Are People Who Get Up Every Morning And Go To Work.

We Know The Russians Did Everything They Could To Be Involved In Our Campaign. We Know That What They're Doing Around The World Right Now, Whether It Be In France Or Other Parts Of The World. They'll Do Anything They Can To Disrupt Any Type Of A Freedom, If You Will, Or A Democracy, Or An Involvement Where There's An Orderly Transfer Of Power. That's Not For Them. They're Going To Do What They Can. We Have To Make Sure We Stop It.

The Time Has Come To Make The Difficult Decision. Charity Begins At Home. We Can No Longer Afford To Rebuild Afghanistan And America. We Must Choose. And I Choose America.
