I Typically Like To Train With The Mentality Of A High-performance Athlete. I Put In The Work And Do What It Takes To Be Successful. A Typical Workout Routine Consists Of Sprint-based Training Combined With Strength Moves Two Days A Week. Along With The Balance Of Total-body Workouts That Challenge My Core And Shape My Body Twice Weekly.

I See The Beauty In Boxing. It Teaches Me Strength Physically, But Mostly Mentally. I Had To Learn My Strength, Because For So Long I Could Have Been Tougher Than I Was.

I Got Into Cooking Just By Watching My Mom And My Aunts And My Great-aunts And Actually One Of My Cousins Who Has Her Own Catering Business In Atlanta, Georgia. So Everybody Around Me Really Cooked And It Was Just All These Different Styles And Backgrounds And Cuisines Of Cooking That I Found So Interesting.

We All Have Different Things That We Go Through In Our Everyday Life, And It's Really Important To Know Just At The End Of The Day, It Doesn't Matter What You Face, You Know, That You're Going To Win At The End Of The Day.
