Today, We Need A Church Capable Of Walking At People's Side, Of Doing More Than Simply Listening To Them.... At Times We Lose People Because They Don't Understand What We Are Saying, Because We Have Forgotten The Language Of Simplicity And Import An Intellectualism Foreign To Our People.... We Cannot Keep Ourselves Shut Up In Parishes, In Our Communities, When So Many People Are Waiting For The Gospel.

If I'm Not Mistaken, Sigmund Freud Said That In Every Idealisation There's An Aggression. Depicting The Pope As A Sort Of Superman, A Star, Is Offensive To Me. The Pope Is A Man Who Laughs, Cries, Sleeps Calmly And Has Friends Like Everyone Else. A Normal Person.

We Have So Much Information But Maybe We Don’t Know What To Do With That Information. So We Run The Risk Of Becoming Museums Of Young People Who Have Everything But Not Knowing What To Do With It. We Don’t Need Young Museums But We Do Need Holy Young People.

A Person Who Is Not Convinced, Enthusiastic, Certain And In Love, Will Convince Nobody.
