Because Republicans Believe That The Federal Government Is Limited In Its Function-some Have Concluded That Republicans Are Somehow Inherently Insensitive To Minority Rights. Nothing Could Be Further From The Truth.

Right Now In The Insurance Markets, We Have Sort Of A Disaster Unfolding, A Downward Spiral, Adverse Selection, Premiums In The Individual Market Going Through The Roof. People Can't Afford Insurance And Insurance Companies Are Losing Hundreds Of Millions Of Dollars. If You Repeal Part Of Obamacare To Get Rid Of The Individual Mandate But Keep Some Of The Ideas, That People Can Still Buy Insurance After They're Sick, The Situation Gets Extraordinarily Worse. And So What We're Seeing Now Could Be Tenfold Greater If You Only Repeal Part Of Obamacare.

I Would Have Handled It Differently Than The Mayor Of Baltimore, That's For Sure. I Think It's A Mistake To Say, Hey, Guys, You Can Pillage The City For A While And We'll Let That Go, And We'll Be Sort Of Standing Back. I Think It's Also Important To Know Some Of The Underlying Causes Of Why There's Unease In Our Country.

I Will Not Vote To Send My Sons, Or Your Sons, Daughters, Brothers, Sisters Or Friends To Fight For A Stalemate.
