This Opportunity – To Make It To The Middle Class Or Beyond No Matter Where You Start Out In Life – It Isn't Bestowed On Us From Washington. It Comes From A Vibrant Free Economy Where People Can Risk Their Own Money To Open A Business.

Actually, I Am Asking For This: For Something To Be Done. I Think That If It Had Been One Of The 50 States, Something Would Have Already Been Done. Unfortunately, You Know, Puerto Rico Is A Territory. Very Often They Forget About Puerto Rico.

I Mean, On Virtually Every Major Issue Before This Country That Is The Natural Purview Of The Federal Government, It's Important To Have Some Specificity About What You're Going To Do If You Want To Be The President. And So I Agree That, Up Until This Point, It Hasn't Been A Huge Factor.
