When We Live In The Soul, We Feel That We Are Actually Meditating Spontaneously. On The Surface Of The Sea Are Multitudes Of Waves, But The Sea Is Not Affected Below. In The Deepest Depths, At The Bottom Of The Sea Is All Tranquility. So When You Start Meditating, Try To Feel Your Own Inner Existence First. That Is To Say, The Bottom Of The Sea: Calm And Quiet. Feel That Your Whole Being Is Surcharged With Peace And Tranquility.

Sympathy Has To Be The First And Foremost Thing In One's Life, Sympathy And The Feeling Of Oneness. There Cannot Be Anything Greater Than The Feeling Of Oneness .

Our Goal Is To Go From Bright To Brighter To Brightest, From High To Higher To Highest. And Even In The Highest, There Is No End To Our Progress, For God Himself Is Inside Each Of Us And God At Every Moment Is Transcending His Own Reality.

To Hope Is To Send Darkest Night Into Exile.

If You Want To Understand Yourself, Then Do Not Examine Yourself. Just Love Yourself More Sincerely, More Soulfully And More Self-givingly.
