There Are, However, Neither Begotten By The Holy Ghost Nor Born Of A Virgin. . . . Their Lowly Origin (possibly From The Mammals) Does Not Prevent Them From Entering Into A Close Kinship With God As Their Father And Christ As Their Brother.

It Is Often Tragic To See How Blatantly A Man Bungles His Own Life And The Lives Of Others Yet Remains Totally Incapable Of Seeing How Much The Whole Tragedy Originates In Himself, And How He Continually Feeds It And Keeps It Going.

His Retreat Into Himself Is Not A Final Renunciation Of The World, But A Search For Quietude, Where Alone It Is Possible For Him To Make His Contribution To The Life Of The Community.
