Everyday We Are Breathing In And Breathing Out, But Do We Ever Feel Grateful To The Air? If We Do Not Drink Water, We Cannot Survive. Even Our Body Is Composed To A Large Extent Of Water.but Do We Give Any Value To Water? Every Morning When We Open Our Eyes, We See The Sun Blessingfully Offering Us Light And Life-energy, Which We Badly Need. But Are We Grateful To The Sun?

Real Meditation We Get From Within Or From A Spiritual Master. We Can Never Get It From Books. From Books We Can Get Inspiration Or An Inner Approach To The Fulfilment Of Our Outer Life. But In Order To Have True Meditation We Have To Go Deep Within Or Follow The Guidance Of A Spiritual Master.

I Do Not Compete With Anybody Else; I Compete Only With Myself. You Saw My Capacity A Few Minutes Ago. Now I Am Competing With Myself. When I Do Weightlifting, My Body Is My World. If I Can Improve Myself, If I Can Go Beyond My Previous Achievements, Then That Is My Goal. My Own Previous Record Is Always What I Am Competing With.

Even Now When I Am Answering A Question I Am At The Height Of My Own Meditation.

This World Of Ours Has Everything Except One Thing: Peace. Everybody Wants And Needs Peace, Whether He Be A Child Or An Octogenarian.
