It Is Far More Difficult--and Far More Precious--to Be A Revolutionary When The Conditions For Direct, Open, Really Mass And Really Revolutionary Struggle Do Not Yet Exist.

The Poor Peasants' Committees Are Necessary To Fight The Kulaks, The Rich, The Exploiters, Who Shackle The Working Peasants.

Despair Is Typical Of Those Who Do Not Understand The Causes Of Evil, See No Way Out, And Are Incapable Of Struggle. The Modern Industrial Proletariat Does Not Belong To The Category Of Such Classes.
