However Intellectual Understanding That Is Not Applied In Practice Is Also Of Little Use. Whatever We Learn From Study We Need To Apply Sincerely In Our Daily Lives.

Meditation Is Valuable For All Of Humanity Because It Involves Looking Inward. People Don't Have To Be Religious To Look Inside Themselves More Carefully. It Is Constructive And Worthwhile To Analyze Our Emotions, Including Compassion And Our Sense Of Caring, So That We Can Become More Calm And Happy.

All Good Qualities Must Be Sown And Cultivated. We Can’t Expect To Change Overnight From An Ordinary Person Into One With High Realizations.

Differences In Religious Beliefs, Politics, Social Status, And Position Are All Secondary. When We Look At Someone With Compassion, We Are Able To See Beyond These Secondary Differences And Connect To The Primary Essence That Binds All Humans Together As One.

Life Does Not Wait: Whether We Spend Our Lives Meaningfully Or Not, The Time Will Be Used Up Moment By Moment.
