It Is A Maxim Universally Agreed Upon In Agriculture, That Nothing Must Be Done Too Late; And Again, That Everything Must Be Done At Its Proper Season; While There Is A Third Precept Which Reminds Us That Opportunities Lost Can Never Be Regained.
