I Believe That In A Democratic, Civilized Society None Of Our People Should Be Hungry Or Living In Desperation. We Need To Expand Social Security, Not Cut It. We Need To Increase Funding For Nutrition Programs, Not Cut Them.

In America, We Have Lost Millions Of Decent-paying Jobs. That Has Got To End.

The Good News Is That We've Seen In Recent Years Significant Reductions In The Cost Of Solar Panels And Wind Production. We Know How Significant An Impact We Can Have By Moving Towards Energy Efficiency And Transforming Our Transportation System. So We Know What Has To Be Done. We Have To Develop The Political Will To Do It, And, As President, This Would Be An Issue Of Huge Concern To Me.

The Good News Is That The American People, Not Just The African-american Community Are Saying Enough Is Enough. You Can`t Hold People In Custody And Suddenly Find Out That They Are Dead. You Can`t Shoot People In The Back.
