I Think Democrats Have Got To Be Running A Grass-roots Campaign - Mobilizing People And Being Prepared To Take On The 1 Percent With An Agenda That Speaks To The Needs Of Ordinary Workers.

We Are Looking At A Lot Of Dishonest News That Comes Across Where People Are Lying Outrageously About Other People. And I Hope That Folks On All Sides Could Say, "look, I Disagree With Him Or Her, But That Is An Outrageous Lie."

Because Of A Mass Media More Interested In Gossip And Sensationalism Than Real Issues, I Would Say A Vast Majority Of The American Public Doesn't Have A Clue About How The Congress Functions And What Goes On.

Interestingly, A Lot Of The Polling That I See Is Not Along Racial Lines, But Along Generational Lines. We Are Doing Better And Better Among Younger People, Not So Well Among Older People, Whether They're African-american, Whether They're White Or Whether They're Latino.

The Good News Is That The American People, Not Just The African-american Community Are Saying Enough Is Enough. You Can`t Hold People In Custody And Suddenly Find Out That They Are Dead. You Can`t Shoot People In The Back.
