Holy Week Challenges Us To Step Outside Ourselves So As To Attend To The Needs Of Others: Those Who Long For A Sympathetic Ear, Those In Need Of Comfort Or Help. We Should Not Simply Remain In Our Own Secure World, That Of The Ninety-nine Sheep Who Never Strayed From The Fold, But We Should Go Out, With Christ, In Search Of The One Lost Sheep, However Far It May Have Wandered.

In Our Ecclesiastical Region There Are Priests Who Don't Baptize The Children Of Single Mothers Because They Weren't Conceived In The Sanctity Of Marriage. These Are Today's Hypocrites. Those Who Clericalize The Church. Those Who Separate The People Of God From Salvation.

Only By Becoming Poor Ourselves, By Stripping Away Our Complacency, Will We Be Able To Identify With The Least Of Our Brothers And Sisters.

May We Always Care For Our Children, Not Counting The Cost, So That They May Never Believe Themselves To Be Mistakes, But Always Know Their Infinite Worth.

The Gospel Calls Individual Christians To Live Lives Of Honesty, Integrity And Concern For The Common Good.. To Create Circles Of Integrity.., Networks Of Solidarity Which Can Expand To Embrace And Transform Society By Their Prophetic Witness.
