When I Sit Down To Write A Song, I Really Want The Message Of Healing To Thrive And Transcend All Ages.

Music Is A Weapon In The War Against Unhappiness.

I Love Surprises And Coincidences. I Love Them Even More When I Don't Pass Them Off As Luck, But Rather Recognize Them As A Sign That My Life's Course Is Right On Track.

What I Get On A Yoga Mat, And From A Yoga Teacher, Has Been More Beneficial Onstage Than Any Other Workshop I've Ever Done. And It Starts With That Breath; It Starts With Getting Out Of My Head And Really Just Slowing The System Down And Being In A True Present Moment With Each And Every Breath. That Then Allows Me To Be A More Balanced And Focused Individual Onstage.

I Like To Sit In Front Of The Computer, Going Through Files Of Music, And Recording The Final Vocals, Guitars And What- Nots. But The Windows Are Always Open And You Can Hear The Crickets, Birds, Chickens, And Even The Sound Of Rain Hitting The Studio. The Farm Is A Great Place To Hang Out In, Learn From And Create Music.
