Waiting Is Directed At Nothing: Any Object That Could Gratify It Would Only Efface It. Still, It Is Not Confined To One Place, It Is Not A Resigned Immobility; It Has The Endurance Of A Movement That Will Never End And Would Never Promise Itself The Reward Of Rest; It Does Not Wrap Itself In Interiority; All Of It Falls Irremediably Outside.

Politics And The Economy Are Not Things That Exist, Or Illusions, Or Ideologies. They Are Things That Do Not Exist And Yet Which Are Inscribed In Reality And Fall Under A Regime Of Truth Dividing The True And The False.

What Strikes Me Is The Fact That In Our Society, Art Has Become Something Which Is Related Only To Objects And Not To Individuals, Or To Life. That Art Is Something Which Is Specialized Or Which Is Done By Experts Who Are Artists. But Couldn't Everyone's Life Become A Work Of Art? Why Should The Lamp Or The House Be An Art Object, But Not Our Life?

One Thing In Any Case Is Certain: Man Is Neither The Oldest Nor The Most Constant Problem That Has Been Posed For Human Knowledge.

Institutions Of Knowledge, Of Foresight And Care, Such As Medicine, Help To Support The Political Power. It's Also Obvious, Even To The Point Of Scandal, In Certain Cases Related To Psychiatry.
