Bipolar Depression Really Got My Life Off Track, But Today I'm Proud To Say I Am Living Proof That Someone Can Live, Love, And Be Well With Bipolar Disorder When They Get The Education, Support And Treatment They Need.

I Know That I Have A Voice And Can Use It For Good Or Bad. It's A Gift From God.

Don't Workout Because You Think You 'need' To, Do It Because Your Body Deserves Love, Respect And Healthy Attention.

There Were Times I Felt So Anxious, Almost Like I Was Crawling Out Of My Skin, That If I Didn't Do Something Physical To Match The Way I Felt Inside, I Would Explode. I Cut Myself To Take My Mind Off That. I Just Didn't Care What Happened. I Had No Fear.

Sometimes It's Dramatic, But Mental Health, As A Whole, Has To Become Mainstream.
