Peace Starts Within Each One Of Us. When We Have Inner Peace, We Can Be At Peace With Those Around Us. When Our Community Is In A State Of Peace, It Can Share Peace With Neighboring Communities, And So On. When We Feel Love And Kindness Towards Others, It Not Only Makes Others Feel Loved And Cared For, But It Helps Us Also To Develop Inner Happiness And Peace.

All The World’s Major Religions, With Their Emphasis On Love, Compassion, Patience, Tolerance And Forgiveness, Can And Do Promote Inner Values. But The Reality Of The World Today Is That Grounding Ethics In Religion Is No Longer Adequate. This Is Why I Believe The Time Has Come To Find A Way Of Thinking About Spirituality And Ethics That Is Beyond Religion.

It Is Worth Remembering That The Time Of Greatest Gain In Terms Of Wisdom And Inner Strength Is Often That Of Greatest Difficulty.

Peace Of Mind Is The Basis Of A Healthy Body And A Healthy Mind; So Peace Of Mind, A Calm Mind, Is Very, Very Important.

The Fact That There Is Always A Positive Side To Life Is The One Thing That Gives Me A Lot Of Happiness.
